Les illustrations sont prises en photo de manière à les présenter le plus fidèlement possible, mais ces représentations ne sont pas contractuelles : des différences, notamment sur les couleurs, peuvent exister selon l'appareil utilisé par le Client pour naviguer sur le site www.floesquisse.com.

Le Client est responsable du choix du produit et de son ajout au panier.

3. PRIX

Les prix des produits sont indiqués en euros, toutes taxes comprises (TTC), hors frais de livraison.

TVA non applicable selon l’article 293B du CGI.

4. COMMANDE

La commande est effectuée par le Client en ligne sur le site www.floesquisse.com.

Le Client pourra choisir son produit, ajouter le(s) produit(s) au panier, lire les conditions générales de vente (CGV), cocher la case stipulant la prise en compte des CGV, choisir le mode de livraison et rentrer ses informations personnelles pour permettre la validation de sa commande et du paiement.

Le Client recevra une confirmation de sa commande validée par email. Ce délai peut être variable entre 1 et 8 jours.

5. PAIEMENT

Le paiement des commandes s'effectue en ligne, par tout moyen de paiement sécurisé accepté sur le site www.floesquisse.com et via les services de Stripe.com.

6. LIVRAISON

Le(s) produit(s) sont expédié(s) depuis la France métropolitaine à destination de l'adresse de livraison indiquée par le Client, dans un délai de 8 jours ouvrés maximum.

Les délais de livraison sont variables.

Pour la France, l'EU : entre 3 et 20 jours.

Hors pays hors EU : entre 7 jours et plusieurs semaines.

Les frais de douanes pour les livraisons hors UE seront à la charge du Client.

Le Vendeur utilise des emballages adéquats lors du dépôt chez le transporteur.

Le Vendeur n'est pas responsable des retards du transporteur ou de la dégradation des produits lors du transport.

7. DROIT DE RÉTRACTATION

Le Client peut exercer son droit de rétractation, sous 14 jours à compter de la réception des produits.

Les frais de retour des produits sont à la charge du Client.

Pour toute résolution d'un problème ou d'une anomalie constatée sur le(s) produits commandé(s) suite à la réception du colis (produit manquant ou produit cassé), le Client dispose de 30 jours à partir de la date de réception pour envoyer une réclamation concernant le(s) produit(s) commandé(s) par courrier à l'adresse suivante, avec accusé de réception :
